Was VERY pleased with this unit. Installed in 800 sq ft home addition in about 3 hrs. Cools very nicely in our Texas heat. Very clean, easy installation and extremely quiet operation. Since we installed this, our central unit runs only half as much and our electricity bill has been reduced.
